The old playbook hires “resources” to fill roles and counts heads on a spreadsheet. We don’t. We back people — the rare ones who’d be building this anyway, who see what should exist and can’t rest until it does.
We move fast and break what’s broken: legacy systems, lazy assumptions, the way things have “always” been done. But we never break the one thing that matters — people. Our whole thesis is that value flows when humans align, so caring about people isn’t a perk here. It’s the product.
